The Design/Build practice of home remodeling is a way whereby the entire home remodeling process is controlled by a single project manager or director. Under the direction of Custom Design/Build, the entire project is coordinated, from the initial client meeting to the first conceptual drawings to the final clean-up and sign-off. All aspects of a given project are planned, evaluated, scheduled, and carried out in a coordinated fashion.

These include directing the activities of architects, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, engineers, painters and all the other skilled tradesmen brought into a project. At Nunley Custom Homes, we handle both design and construction, which means you enjoy greater continuity of service. This joining of the design and construction functions also can save you time and money, and helps make you - the homeowner - more of a partner in the remodeling of your home.

Step One

Meet for a FREE in-home evaluation with one of our home remodeling specialists. We don't charge $100 to $2500 just to meet with you like other contractors.

Step Two

We'll advise you on what will look good; and more importantly, on what will work well in your space. Using over 35 years of experience and professionalism we will design, plan, price, and determine all the necessary material for your project to be built to your specifications.

Step Three

After materials are selected, our purchasing department makes sure all products are ordered properly and tracked so they are received when and where expected.

Step Four

The owner of our company, Joseph Nunely, will oversee all aspects of your entire project from construction to final touch-ups, ensuring it is completed on time and on budget.
