The Process
Design Phase
This is where we begin. This initial stage involves pre-construction services such as determining your needs and wants., establishing a realistic budget and creating detailed sketches and renderings – all to make your dream a reality.
Step One: In-home consultation
This is wehere we talk about your needs, desires, and dreams. We’ll review different design options. And when you’re ready to move to the next step, we’ll schedule a preliminary design meeting.
Step Two: Design Meeting
For this meeting, we’ll prepare a written record of the design and a deposit invoice. Then we begin drawing your plans.
Step Three: Design Review
During this phase, you’ll review existing and new layouts of the areas to be remodeled. With 3D visualization technology, you’ll see your ideas take shape and even take a virtual walk through your new space. This is where we discuss changes, issues, or new ideas.
Step Four: Finishing Touches
Once you’ve approved the plans, we’ll discuss the different options for finishing materials. We’ll provide sample books, swatches, photos, and product specifications right to you.
Build Phase
Once we’re ready to get started, our focus will shift from planning to execution, and the team working on your project will stay the same.
Step One: Construction
A project manager will be assigned to your remodel and is responsible for every facet of the construction phase. This person will be available to you for prompt and up to date information on the construction profress.
Step Two: Warranty
Once the project is complete, you’ll receive our three-year, written warranty on the work we’ve done. Now you can enjoy your amazing new space!
