The time is NOW to get going on your remodeling project.
So, you have been waiting for the right time to get that room addition, 2nd floor addition, bath or kitchen remodel started. Well, this is the right time! In the 35 + years in business, I have never seen conditions like the ones we are experiencing here in the Bay Area. Here are a few significant factors why our clients have decided to get 
going on the remodeling projects…
1. Money is cheap!
Interest rates are at historic lows. For homeowners with good credit and accumulated home equity, now is the perfect time to invest in home remodeling projects. Don’t postpone necessary repairs or desired remodeling because you could miss out on this window of opportunity.
2. Great value for dollar
Construction cost associated to labor and material are down 15%-20% from what they were a couple of years ago. Starting your remodel now is a sure bet that you will be saving money.
3. Better to stay put than to move.
Unless you plan on moving out of state, it’s almost always better to put your money into your existing house rather than moving down the street. House prices and relatively stayed the same ( in our little bubble) so chances are that if you do happen to find a house in a neighborhood that you like, you will more than likely have to remodel it as well.
4. Higher quality of services
With the decline of the economy, a lot of the "fly by night" contractors are out of business leaving the strong established contractors to pick up the slack. I am amazed and very pleased to see the high quality and timely service come back to this industry. With that said, you should still do your due diligence and check out the firm you will be hiring to complete your project. Insist on reference form past clients that have completed work that is similar to yours.
